There’s a whole lot more to getting a graduate job than an application form and an interview. But this slightly intimidating process shouldn’t hold you back from getting the job you deserve. We equip graduates with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to get the job they want.
Developing Your Employability Skills takes you behind the scenes of the graduate recruitment process, showing you what employers are looking for, and the tools and techniques they use to identify the candidates they want.
Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Sophie, the founder of getagraduatejob.com and the Managing Director of multi-award-winning Smart Resourcing Solutions. For over ten years, I’ve been involved in both sides of the graduate recruitment process. My first book, From Learner to Earner, is a bestseller.
My team and I have worked with some of the UK’s top brands, creating and refreshing graduate and apprenticeship programmes, and designing assessment and selection tools. We’ve recently won Most Outstanding Graduate Recruitment Specialists in the Global Excellence Awards.
And we’ve also worked with students, providing assessment simulations, support with job hunting, CV creation, coaching on interview technique and assessment centre preparation.
We know both sides of the process want to achieve the same thing: the right graduate in the right job at the right company. And we’ve created Developing Your Employability Skills to help make that happen.
